Rapid increase in users
In 2023, 180,000 check-ins were made through Wise Booking. This figure corresponds to 40% of Norwegian hotel stays, and it is rising: In December 2023, a total of 35,000 SMS were sent out with a link to check-in via Wise Booking.
Resource planning and saving
Not needing a receptionist at work, or those already present being woken up by those who want to check in late or early, can bring big savings. In addition, Wise Consulting is now working on developing solutions for remote assistance via video, so that one person can answer questions from several locations. The system also provides an overview of check-outs and when the room must be ready for the next check-in, so that cleaning and maintenance planning is simplified.
Heat management using artificial intelligence
Thanks to sensor technology and artificial intelligence, the heating management of a housing rig can be controlled based on data from Wise Booking; for example occupancy, arrival time and weather forecast. The system uses artificial intelligence to learn what is needed to hit the right temperature for the check-in time. This in turn leads to energy savings and savings.
Linked to the system for canteen operations
Wise Booking can work together with Wise Consulting's system for canteen operations - Wise Bar - which handles access to the canteen and registration for meals both on housing rigs and workplaces. Together, the systems lead to an easier stay for the employee and a greater degree of automation for the employer.
